DeGrom (back) could stay in Florida to throw a bullpen session Friday and a stint on the disabled list is a possibility, Mike Puma of the New York Post reports.

DeGrom was originally expected to rejoin the Mets in Cleveland, but now there is a chance that he doesn't make the trip. If his bullpen session goes well, he could join the team next week, however, if he is still in pain, a trip to the DL is a real possibility and he may miss an extended period of time.
