Dee Gordon left Tuesday's game against the Phillies with a possible head injury. Gordon appeared to bang his head on the Phillies' Jayson Nix's knee when he slid into third base on steal in the seventh inning. He initially stayed in and scored on a Justin Turner RBI single but didn't take his position in the eighth. The Dodgers will surely put him through concussion tests before an update on his status is available.
