Davis is out of the lineup Sunday against the Blue Jays. Davis will sit for the second straight day, as manager Brad Ausmus will once again use the left-handed Anthony Gose in center field. Although Gose batted just .169 in the month of June, it appears a soft platoon between him and Davis remains the case moving forward.
