Davis (hamstring) is scheduled to come off the 10-day disabled list ahead of Tuesday's game against the Twins, Susan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

EDGE Analysis

Davis will return to action in the minimum amount of time after the hamstring injury forced him to the DL last week. It's expected that Ryan LaMarre will be optioned to Triple-A to clear up a 25-man roster spot for Davis, who should immediately resume duties as the Athletics' everyday center fielder upon returning. Jaff Decker will presumably lose out on regular starts once Davis is back.
