Davidson (foot) was placed on the 15-day DL on Friday after breaking his foot during Thursday's game against the Twins.

Davidson was called up to the team Thursday prior to the game, but then suffered a fractured right foot while running the bases in the fourth inning of the contest. He will likely miss a couple of weeks, but should be able to come back to the team in August depending on his recovery and rehab. In a corresponding move, the team recalled Carlos Sanchez from Triple-A Charlotte on Friday.
