David Wright (ribs) has been sent to New York to be examined. The original thought was that he would just be sent to the Mets' spring training complex in Port St. Lucie to be looked at, but he'll head there after the Big Apple. Wright insists that his rib cage injury isn't that big of a deal and that it bothers him more while sleeping than when playing baseball. The Mets obviously aren't going to take any chances, though, so it would be shocking if he plays in any more WBC games.
