David Wright revealed that the injury that caused him to be scratched from USA's lineup Thursday was more to his left rib cage, rather than his back as originally reported. Wright admitted that he's had a bit of soreness in the area "for about a week or so." It doesn't necessarily mean he's worse off, but the Mets are no doubt crossing their fingers that it's not a possible oblique strain. Wright will be examined by Mets doctors on Friday. Willie Bloomquist took his spot in the USA lineup Thursday.
