David Wright (finger) will not swing a bat until Saturday. Wright was originally scheduled to test out his right pinkie finger before Friday's game, but he is still dealing with some swelling. If he is unable to swing a bat without discomfort Saturday, the Mets are expected to place him on the disabled list. Justin Turner will start at third base on Friday night, but Daniel Murphy would slide over from second base if Wright needs to miss a couple weeks.
