David Wright (finger) will not return to the Mets lineup Friday. Wright was given the go ahead to "return to baseball activity as tolerated" Thursday, but will remain sidelined for the third consecutive game. The good news is, the Mets have decided to hold off on deciding whether or not he needs a trip to the disabled list. Justin Turner will take his place at third, as well as bat third, Friday. Wright's status should be updated within the next 24 hours.
