David Wright (abdominal strain) hit off a tee and swung at soft tosses in the cage on Sunday. Wright was not cleared to take live batting practice, though we're encouraged that he has progressed to swinging sooner than expected. He was given an anti-inflammatory injection last week and the third baseman believes he will be ready for Opening Day.
