Philadelphia Phillies relief pitcher David Robertson (elbow) is scheduled to begin a throwing program on Friday. Robertson landed on the injured list April 15 due to a Grade 1 flexor strain in his right elbow. There is a chance that Robertson is able to return to the bullpen by late May. Hector Neris seems to be the favorite to continue getting save chances in Robertson's absence.
