Free-agent pitcher David Robertson signed with the Tampa Bay Rays on Monday. The 36-year-old hasn't pitched in the majors since 2019 but has recorded 137 saves along with a 2.90 ERA and 1.15 WHIP over 663 2/3 career innings.
