David Ortiz (heels) will likely sit out the second game of Sunday's doubleheader with the Royals. Ortiz made his first start of 2013 on Saturday, going 2-for-4 with an RBI single. He's in the lineup for the first game of the twin-billing, but it makes sense not to push him too hard early on. Big Papi seems healthy enough to resume his role as the team's designated hitter on a regular basis and should be started accordingly going forward in fantasy leagues.
