David Ortiz completed a full workout Sunday but is still experiencing pain in his right Achilles. Big Papi received a pain-killing injection last week, but it hasn't worked as well as hoped. The Red Sox had been aiming to get him back in the lineup Sunday, but obviously that won't happen. His return is no imminent.
