David Ortiz and Mike Napoli hit back-to-back homers off Casey Fein in the bottom of the 10th to give the Red Sox a 2-1 win over the Twins. Fein was trying to close it out for the Twins with Glen Perkins out due to a sore back, but it wasn't meant to be. Ortiz's shot with one out barely squeezed in past the Pesky Pole in right field, and Napoli then went straight out to center to win it. It was Ortiz's 16th homer of the year. He's not hitting singles or doubles of late, mostly because he keeps putting balls right into the teeth of the shift, but his power hasn't gone anywhere.
