David Ortiz (Achilles, legs) did some light running Thursday. Ortiz is currently dealing with leg soreness which is not specific to his Achilles, but the good news is that he felt better Thursday than he did on Wednesday. While he admitted that he couldn't play if the season started today, but he continues to express optimism that he'll be ready for Opening Day.
