David Hernandez earned his sixth save of the season Thursday in Arizona's win over the Cardinals. Hernandez has provided a steady presence at the back end of the bullpen in the absence of J.J. Putz (elbow) but is likely to lose his job shortly after the All-Star break. Putz has been playing catch all week and could begin a rehab assignment this weekend.
