Darwin Barney went 4-for-5 and scored twice against the Red Sox on Wednesday. Included among the four hits were his first triple and his ninth double. Barney entered the night with a .196 average and hadn't had so much as a two-hit game since June 12. The Cubs would love to see him go on a little tear and increase his trade value prior to the deadline.
