D'Arnaud is not in the lineup Wednesday against the Nationals, Adam Rubin of ESPNNewYork.com reports. Manager Terry Collins would not disclose what's ailing d'Arnaud, saying only that the 25-year-old will see a doctor and that he may sit out Thursday's finale against Washington as well. D'Arnaud has certainly looked healthy at the plate, hitting .313/.371/.531 so far in September, though he has had a couple throws sail on him from behind the plate.
