D'Arnaud (hand) will resume his rehab assignment Thursday with High-A St. Lucie, Adam Rubin of ESPN New York reports. D'Arnaud was shut down for a few days with some bruising on his wrist, but the setback was only minor, and he is ready to get back on the field. It remains to be seen how many more minor league games he will need before the Mets decide to activate him from the disabled list.
