D'Arnaud (elbow) will not return to the Mets upon begin eligible for activation from the disabled list Saturday, ESPN New York reports. D'Arnaud is still wearing a brace on the elbow throughout the day, and he's undergoing physical therapy for the injury. As a result, he has not resumed baseball activities, and it's likely that he'll be sidelined until after the All-Star break. Kevin Plawecki will continue to handle the bulk of the playing time behind the plate for the Mets in d'Arnaud's absence.
