D'Arnaud continues to wear a brace on his left elbow and is not particularly close to shedding it, ESPN New York reports. A left elbow sprain, suffered in his eighth game back from a hand injury, forced d'Arnaud onto the DL late last month. Manager Terry Collins suggested d'Arnaud will remain in a protective brace for some time, and thus, the catcher remains without a timetable to even resume baseball activities. Kevin Plawecki and Johnny Monell will continue to split time behind the plate for New York.
