Danny Knobler of CBSSports.com hears that the Dodgers are interested in Skip Schumaker. The Cardinals are looking to deal Schumaker after his role was diminished down the stretch in 2012. He's slated to make just $1.5 million in 2013 and is a career .305/.359/.403 hitter against right-handed pitching, so the 32-year-old could still be a useful bench piece.
