Toronto Blue Jays catcher Danny Jansen (hamstring) exited Wednesday's game due to right hamstring tightness, according to Kaitlyn McGrath of The Athletic. Jansen hit a two-out double in the seventh inning which is when he appears to have sustained the injury, as he was then replaced by pinch-runner Reese McGuire.
