Danny Duffy will have his turn in the rotation skipped Tuesday against the Indians. This is the second straight time he has been skipped, as Duffy hasn't pitched since September 7 against the Tigers. He's in his first season back from Tommy John surgery, so it appears the Royals are playing things safe. Yordano Ventura is starting Tuesday.
