Kansas City Royals left-hander Danny Duffy (forearm) will be activated from the injured list on Wednesday in order to make the start against the New York Yankees. Duffy has been sidelined since May 12 with a left forearm flexor strain, so even though he's sporting an excellent 1.94 ERA, 1.13 WHIP and 48 strikeouts in 41 2/3 innings over seven innings, he'll be a pretty risky fantasy option in his start against the Bronx Bombers on Wednesday.
