Daniel Robertson was removed from Thursday's game against the Tigers after a collision in center field. Robertson took a knee to the jaw when he and Alex Rios collided in shallow center field while going after an Ian Kinsler fly ball. Robertson never lost consciousness but appeared to be disoriented and in a great deal of pain. A disabled list stint could be coming. Leonys Martin, who was held out of the starting lineup with a sore neck, entered the game to play center field.
