St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Daniel Poncedeleon will get the start on Wednesday, taking the rotation spot of Miles Mikolas (arm) who is out for the season. Poncedeleon was great in Triple-A last season and pitched fairly well in 48 2/3 big league innings as well. He's not going to win any fantasy leagues, but makes for a decent depth option.
