Daniel Hudson tossed seven innings of one-run ball to beat the Giants Sunday and extend the Diamondbacks' lead in the NL West to a season-best seven games. Hudson has won four of his last five starts, giving up two earned runs or less in the four wins. Today, he struck out five, walked one and yielded just three hits. After starting the season 0-4 with a 5.92 ERA, Hudson is 15-5 and has his ERA down to 3.53. He gets another dream matchup with the Padres next time out.
