Los Angeles Dodgers reliever Daniel Hudson has been signed the club and sent to the minor leagues. The veteran journeyman last pitched with the Pirates last year and had 66 K in 61.2 innings. He gave up 30 ER, however, and walked 33 batters. He'll serve as veteran depth as the team continues to search for an adequate bridge to Kenley Jansen. He can be safely ignored for now but is worth monitoring once he's called up.
