Dan Uggla is not in the lineup for the first game of Tuesday's doubleheader against the Nationals. The struggling Uggla hasn't played since last Thursday and he's sitting in favor of Elliot Johnson once again. The 33-year-old is hitting just .114 (4-for-35) with 12 strikeouts since returning from LASIK surgery.
