Dan Otero will be away from the Athletics for a few days as he returns home to Arizona to be with his wife for the birth of their first child. The 28-year-old right-hander has been one of the most valuable pieces in the A's bullpen this season, posting a 2-0 record, 1.56 ERA, 1.27 WHIP and 24/5 K/BB ratio over his 34 2/3 innings.
