The Chicago Cubs have already courted Japanese hard-throwing right-hander Koudai Senga, who was a three-time All-Star in Japan's Nippon Professional Baseball, according to agent Joel Wolfe. Wolfe also represents San Diego Padres starter Yu Darvish, the former Japanese star.
