Ramos has hit .365/.453/.683 with three homers, nine doubles and a triple across his first 15 games with Low-A Rancho Cucamonga.
EDGE Analysis
This comes on the heels of a .383/.456/.633 performance over 15 games in the Arizona Complex League. He's posted a sky-high BABIP at both stops (.465 and then .476), so there's obviously some regression due in terms of batting average, but it may just be that the 20-year-old Ramos is simply too good for Low-A ball. If he keeps raking like this once he hits High-A, he's going to rocket up the prospect lists. As an athletic center fielder with a golden arm, he already likely has a major-league future, and if he can keep his strikeouts under control, it may be a very bright one.
