Crisp (elbow) announced via Instagram that he will begin a rehab assignment with High-A Stockton on Sunday. The plan, according to Crisp, is for him to take batting practice on the field both Friday and Saturday in preparation for his first rehab game Sunday. Crisp, who was expected to miss 6-to-8 weeks following arthroscopic elbow surgery in early April, will rehab through at least Thursday, but it sounds like he could make it back as soon as next weekend.
