Craig Kimbrel worked a 1-2-3 ninth inning to earn his 28th save as the Braves won against the Mets on Thursday. Kimbrel, recently named to the National League All-Star roster, made quick work of the Mets, recording a strikeout in the process. He has pitched four consecutive perfect ninth innings. Kimbrel, as expected, has been dominant, having converted 28 of 32 save opportunities with a 1.96 ERA, a 0.90 WHIP, and a 61/15 K/BB ratio.
