Craig (foot) is slated to start a rehab assignment Monday at Triple-A Pawtucket, Pete Abraham of the Boston Globe reports. Craig will eventually be activated from the disabled list approximately 2-to-3 days after staring the assignment, forecasting a return by mid-wee. Exercising patience is a prudent approach to garner if he can put his struggles (.237/.291/.348 with the Cardinals this season) behind him.
