Cozart (knee) was activated from the 60-day disabled list Thursday.

Cozart missed most of the month of September with a knee problem, but with the season now complete and a few 40-man roster spots open, the Reds opted to activate the 31-year-old. He'll likely be in line to start at shortstop in 2017 once his knee heals over the offseason, although it remains to be seen if that will be in Cincinnati or with some other team.
