Marsh (ankle) will begin a rehab assignment at Triple-A Lehigh Valley on Thursday, Alex Coffey of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Marsh will serve as the designated hitter Thursday and will play the outfield Friday, and he'll have a chance to rejoin the Phillies on Saturday after a minimal IL stint. Once the 24-year-old is reinstated, he should reclaim his role as Philadelphia's primary center fielder.
