Corey Kluber had an off night Tuesday, allowing six runs -- three earned -- on six hits over five innings in a loss to the Royals. Kluber was done in by two big innings. In the third, an error by Asdrubal Cabrera helped prolong what turned out to be a four-run inning, only one of which was earned. Then with two outs in the fifth, the right-hander made a mistake to Eric Hosmer, which the first baseman deposited into the seats for a two-run homer. Kluber fanned five and walked two to go with his six hits allowed on the night. Kluber owns a 3.35 ERA, 1.24 WHIP and 104/22 K/BB ratio over 91 1/3 innings, and he'll look to rebound from the poor start in Sunday's contest with the Red Sox at Fenway.
