Donaldson (calf) took part in machine cardio and fielded ground balls Monday, Betsy Helfand of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.

Donaldson is slowing ramping up his baseball activities, making it through Monday's workout without any issues. He also continues to take batting practice and take cuts in the cage, per Helfand. The Twins have yet to disclose a concrete timetable for the third baseman's return, however.
