Colome will be called up from Triple-A Durham to start Monday's game versus the Yankees, Roger Mooney of the Tampa Tribune reports. Now that Triple-A Durham's season has come to an end, Colome will head up to the big leagues to finish the 2014 campaign with the Rays. The 25-year-old righty will be on the bump Monday night in place of another rookie hurler, as Jake Odorizzi has already logged 159 innings this season and is likely to be limited the rest of the way. Colome is one of the Rays' top young arms and has posted a solid 2.45 ERA while allowing just 19 hits across 25.2 innings at the major league level during the past two years. However, those numbers have been accompanied by an unsightly 15:16 K:BB ratio.
