Colome (illness) is still in the hospital while dealing with pneumonia, Roger Mooney of The Tampa Tribune reports. Colome was expected to be released from the hospital Sunday afternoon, but two days have passed and he still hasn't left. Given that he already missed time because of visa issue, Colome appears increasingly unlikely to crack the Opening Day roster. It's a disappointing turn of events, as the right-hander was expected to compete for a spot in the starting rotation. Not that it should entirely be ruled out, but he doesn't have much time to prepare for the season.
