Coghlan returns to the starting lineup following Thursday's game where he made just a pinch hit appearance. The 31-year old has provided versatility in the Cubs outfield since his acquisition on June 9 but his role is likely to diminish once everyday guys, Jorge Soler and Dexter Fowler, return from the DL. Until then however, Coghlan has a chance to prove he should stick around in the lineup.
