Coghlan played third base Monday and second base Tuesday. Granted, it was only three innings at the hot corner Monday night and only inning at second Tuesday, but that could be enough to make him eligible at a couple of extra positions in some leagues. Tommy La Stella (side) went on the DL on Tuesday, and Mike Olt is a bit banged up as well, so the Cubs were a bit desperate for infielders. Kris Bryant could be up by this weekend, so don't expect to see too much more of Coghlan in the infield.
