Coghlan is not in the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Pirates. Coghlan has yet to start against a left-hander this season, and he will be held out again Tuesday with southpaw Jeff Locke on the mound for the Pirates. Junior Lake will get the start in left field in Coghlan's place.
