Coco Crisp (neck) is back in the A's starting lineup on Thursday afternoon against the Rays. Crisp was held out Wednesday with lingering discomfort in his neck. He has been dealing with the pain all month and the A's will continue to manage it with random days off. The veteran outfielder is batting .257/.336/.413 with three homers and seven stolen bases.
