Coco Crisp left Friday's game against the Tigers because of a strained left groin. The A's will likely have to make a roster move Saturday with both Crisp and Yoenis Cespedes hurting, and there's a good chance Crisp will be the one to land on the disabled list. It's unfortunate, as he was off to a terrific start, but the A's were well prepared for this. They'll go to Chris Young in center and give more at-bats to Seth Smith at DH. Either Michael Taylor or Shane Peterson would be called up.
