Coco Crisp is not in the Athletics' lineup Tuesday. Crisp has been playing pretty much every other day of late as the A's try to keep him active while also attempting to get rid of his nagging neck injury. It's certainly a frustrating situation for fantasy owners but could wind up being the best thing for Crisp's long-term health.
