Coco Crisp (hamstring) is not in the Athletics' lineup Monday. It's just a minor issue, but the A's are being proactive. Crisp should be ready to go for Tuesday's game. Oakland is going with Craig Gentry in center field on Monday against Hector Santiago and the Angels.
